On June 22, 2013, Join Bill for his talk, “How to Voice an Animated Character” at the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco, California. This is part of the museum’s “Learn from the Masters” speaker series.

Join Emmy-nominated voice actor and Disney Legend Bill Farmer for a workshop focused on voiceover for animated films. Farmer will discuss historical aspects of Disney character voices – including Walt Disney’s voicing of Mickey Mouse and Pinto Colvig’s voicing of Goofy – and how he himself learned to voice the beloved character Goofy. Participants will be invited to try their hand (or voice) at bringing their own characters to life as part of this special Learn from the Masters workshop.
