



Who is Bill Farmer?
Bill is a an actor, public speaker, comedian and, impressionist,
who is best known as the voice actor who over the past 24 years, has provided the
voices for some of the world’s most recognized cartoon characters. Goofy,Pluto,
Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Foghorn Leghorn, Sylvester the Cat, Yosemite Sam, among
them.
Ever since his childhood, Farmer was enamoured with cartoons. He learned he had a knack for mimicking voices, and became known around his home town of Pratt, Kansas as “the kid with the voices”. Bill first started performing comedy while in high school at pep assemblies and in school plays.
In college, Bill found work in radio and TV and then moved on to stand-up comedy as an impressionist until he moved to Hollywood where he signed with an agent and soon got the audition that would change his life, the audition for the role of Disney’s Goofy. Soon after, Bill added Pluto , Horace Horsecollar, Practical Pig and several other Disney and Warner Brothers characters.
These days, Bill is as busy as ever, whether voicing cartoons,commercials, movies, performing on stage with Fred Willard’s MOHO’s sketch comedy troupe, or teaching voiceover or producing VO demos for voiceover veterans or newcomers alike.
